Fine Mind Design, located in Saratoga Springs, New York, is a web development and new media consulting project serving sole proprietors, small business owners, and non-profit organizations.

Using a growing menu of creative approaches, open source solutions, and new media and technology resources, we respond to client needs with low-cost, growth-minded solutions.

Fine Mind Design is headed by Mark Oppenneer who has been a designer and code jockey long enough that his first computer looked like this (yes, that is a Kaypro 484).

Mark is currently pursuing an MS and Phd in Communication and Rhetoric at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He holds an MALS in Mythology and Oral Tradition and a BA in English.
