I currently serve as designer on a project development team in the Science & Technology Studies department at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. The challenge of this site is integrating a series of open source design tools created in Flash into a flat file content management system (the client doesn't want to use a database). The team includes several programmers, a mathematician and a physicist.
